About the Job – Regulatory Affairs Executive (API) in Mumbai
Working Days: 5 days a week
Flexible Timings: Start between 8–10 AM and end between 5–7 PM (9-hour workday)
As a Regulatory Affairs Executive (API), you will be responsible for supporting global pharmaceutical compliance and product registrations across regions including the US, EU, and RoW. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to international regulatory requirements.
Required Candidate Profile – Regulatory Affairs Executive (API)
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements (India, USFDA, EU, WHO, etc.)
- Understanding of pharmaceutical formulations and manufacturing processes
- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with eCTD software (preferred)

Key Responsibilities of Regulatory Affairs Executive (API)
- Prepare, compile, and review regulatory dossiers (CTD/eCTD/ACTD formats)
- Manage submissions for new registrations, renewals, and post-approval changes
- Respond to regulatory queries and deficiency letters
- Review product labeling, artwork, and packaging for compliance
- Participate in change control processes and maintain regulatory documentation
- Coordinate with R&D, QA, QC, Production, and Marketing teams
- Provide support during audits and regulatory inspections
